After six months of delay, President Buhari is set to sign the 2018 appropriation bill of N9.12trillion into law on Wednesday.

Special Adviser to the president on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, at the end of the FEC meeting last week had revealed to journalists that president Buhari will sign the 2018 budget this week.

As confirmed by the Senior Special Assistant to the president on national assembly matters, Senator Ita Enang, the presidency had received the appropriation bill from the national assembly on May 25 after it was signed by the lawmakers, during which the President had noted that the Appropriation Bill will consolidate on the achievements of the previous budget, adding that 2018 is expected to be a year of better outcomes for Nigerians
