The women were declared missing after a video in their unclothedness and torture became uploaded on social media platforms with the aid of five men who were remanded in custody for the rape.
The accused – Bode Akinsiku, Olabanji Femi, Abiodun Ayodele, Fadairo Wahab, and Adedayo Adebayo – were speculated to have lured the 2 teenagers to the house of one of them on Kogbona Street inside the town, where the sufferers had been allegedly raped and tortured.
