The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olusola Kolapo Eleka, may have difficulty voting as the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC)'s card reader has failed to read his Permanent Voters Card (PVC). However, other voters in the polling unit do not have problem with the card reader. Details later.
