Tongues are wagging after a photo of 82-year-old retired judicial officer, Justice Sylvanus Nsofor who is Nigeria's ambassador to US, welcoming President Buhari to New York for the UN General Assembly appeared online.
Nigerians are angry that such a man of his age could be bothering himself at a time he is supposed to be relaxing.
President Muhammadu Buhari is in New York to attend the 73rd Session of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA73) which officially opened on Sept. 18.
The theme for this year’s Session is: “Making the United Nations relevant to all People: Global Leadership and Shared Responsibilities for Peaceful, Equitable and Sustainable Societies.”
