In a bid to put smiles on the faces of its numerous customers, Fidelity Bank Plc has so far given out a total of N34million under the Get Alert In Millions (GAIM) Savings promo season 3.
The promo, according to the bank is aimed at improving the standard of living of customers, promote the financial inclusion strategy of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and strengthen savings culture among Nigerians.
Fidelity Bank has equally given out 36 consolation prizes to over 62 customers, while the bank still have N76 million to give to its loyal customers before the end of the promo.
The second monthly/Bi-monthly draw which held at the bank’s corporate head office in Lagos has driven tremendously the savings balance of the bank and has positively affected the lives of those patronizing the bank.Two customers of the bank, Elizabeth F. David of Ali Akilu road Kaduna branch of the bank and Odyo Stephanie of Ibeju Lekki branch won N3 million each.
Other lucky winners includes Colins Kosisochukwu Oragwam of Akoka branch, N2 million, Kamsiyochukwu Ifeanyi Okolie of Garki Shopping Plaza, N2 million; Abudu Fred Osemudiame of Ogba Branch, N1 million; Sabo Mansur Yusuf of Bauchi Branch, N1 million;
Oluwatoyin Helen Otekalu of Aje Maitama branch, N1million; Okolo Valentine Ifeanyi of Adua Lane Branch Onitsha, N1million; Njepu Obianuju Patricia of ASUT Igbariam Campus,N1 million; Ofei Emmanuel Kayode of Auchi branch, N1 million; Azoruole Nnamdi Christopher of Asaba branch, N1 million. Others are Adepoju Peter Omogoye of Oshogbo branch and Ekundayo Adewale Alex of Dugbe branch, N1 million each, amongst other winners.
Apart from the cash prizes, the bank equally rewarded customers with consolation prizes comprising television sets, refrigerators and generators. Speaking at the event, Managing Director of the bank, Nnamdi Okonkwo said the bank still have N76 million naira and consolation prizes to give to loyal customers.
Okonkwo who was represented by the Chairman promo committee and the Bank’s Executive Director, Shared Services and Product, Chijioke Ugochukwu also said that airtime worth about 1.8 million has so far been given to 1,400 customers in instant reward.
She said, “Winners are still expected to continue to emerge, the promo is actually just enormous and we still have N76 million naira and consolation prizes. This is the second monthly and the first bi-monthly draw in our GAIM Savings Promo Season 3. The promo journey is in the 11th year. At this second monthly and first bi-monthly, we expect to give out a total sum of N19 million at this very special time of the year to customers at the following categories, 3 million naira, 2 million naira and 1 million. Head, Retail Banking for Fidelity Bank, Richard Madiebo, noted that that Fidelity Bank has put in place the promo to reward faithful savings customers and also attract good savings customers into the bank.
“It is a promo that we have just done two draws and we have four more draws to go, so we are encouraging more people to take advantage of this promo. We still have a long way to go and what better for a customer than to save money, earn a good interest and also stand a chance of winning in the GAIM savings promo.
Christmas period is also a good time to receive gifts and with this savings promo, customers have just received gifts in form of cash and also consolation prizes.
What we urge customers to do is to go and save their monies in any of our branches across the country, just start with opening an account and start building up that account, once you build it up to N20,000,you stand the chance of winning.
The Promo Manager, Mrs. Janeth Nnabugo explained that for customers to participate in the promo, they must have a savings account with Fidelity Bank.
“As existing customer, you are expected to top up your account with N10, 000 monthly, in order to win the N1 million, N2 million monthly wins.
