According to Biafra newspaper today, United Nation said, atleast 6 world leaders have to sign Biafra before they can declare it.
Not just Biafra, any nation to be, for now United states, Russia, Israel, UK and France have official signed. It remains 1 nation, we expecpt Germany to sign, then Biafra can go, we almost there.
please, if you stand for,Biafra, pray that 2019 will not pass, Biafra will go.
