According to Biafra newspaper today, United Nation said, at least 6 world leaders have to sign Biafra before they can declare it.
Not just Biafra, any nation to be, for now United states, Russia, Israel and France have signed. It remains 2 nations. That was last month, like Britain and Germany to sign, then Biafra can go, just yesterday UK govt signed.
