He has been to North East Nigeria, he has given out thousands of dollars to them for health and education development. He was in South Sudan three months ago, he said that, his mission is to help new Nations for fast development.
Now he promised to assist Biafra to develop health, education and technology,when it becomes a Nation.
According to Biafra newspaper today, Bill Gates is read to give Biafra millions of dollars.
