Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has reacted to attack some Nigerians in South Africa, blamed President Mohammadu Buhari’s inability to act.
In a post on his official Facebook page on Tuesday, Kayode retraced what would have happened it was to be Goodluck Jonathan, whom they tagged weak President during his tenure, the attacks would not have been worst.
He said due to the President’s “chicken-heart” the South African government was not challenged as expected, at least, to take the war to them for killing Nigerians.
In his words: “Had it been Johnson Aguiyi-lronsi, Murtala Mohammed, Sani Abacha, Olusegun Obasanjo, Ibrahim Babangida or Goodluck Jonathan there is NO way Nigerians would be slaughtered in South Africa without a real threat of war.
“Muhammadu Buhari has proved himself to be a weak leader, a chicken-hearted scarecrow, a toothless bulldog and a bloody coward!
Meanwhile, President Buhari on Tuesday sent Special Envoys to South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa, to deliver a message of necessity.
Part of the statement by the president’s Special Adviser on Media & Publicity, Femi Adesina on Tuesday 3 2019, reads: “President Buhari has also despatched a Special Envoy to convey to President
Cyril Ramaphosa his concerns and also interact with his South African counterpart on the situation.
“The Special Envoy is expected to arrive in Pretoria latest Thursday, September 5, 2019.”
